Add On - Rolled Sleeve Tacking

This add on is for SHORT SLEEVE SINGLE RUFFLE SHIRTS ONLY. 4 single stitches will be placed in each sleeve cuff to hold it in place so it will stay rolled up. Sleeves are turned over twice, taking about 2 inches off of sleeve length.
