Return Policy

At X's and O's Handmade, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit (via code) or may exchange for another item of equal value.

Rework Care Instructions

  1. Turn garment inside out before washing.
  2. Machine wash cold with like colors.
  3. Hang or lay flat to dry.

To preserve quality, do not tumble dry. Use a wrinkle releaser or iron on low/medium heat as needed.
